At some point in your journey you will be competing with others for a position on a team, an academic scholarship, a career or more pay.  You may find that everyone competing along side you have a similar technical, tactical, physical and academic skills as you.  So what separates you from the rest?  We believe it is your mindset, your confidence, what kind of team player are you, what kind of leader are you, how resilient are you and what kind of person are you.

 The focus of the Academy is to cultivate and inspire lifelong leaders of character.    

The leadership skills you hone during this five-day in-person course will not only be beneficial in your athletic endeavors, but also in every enterprise you undertake going forward.

We offer a one-of-a-kind fusion of experience: 40 plus years of coaching female athletes from beginners through college level, as well as 50 plus years of Military and corporate leadership. With this background as our basis, we will help you develop your warrior spirit regarding attitude, poise, work ethic and accountability both on and off the field. 

The goal of the Captains class will be to provide you with the tools you need to be a leader for your team on and off the pitch. We will also provide you some topics to talk through with your coaching staff as you prepare for your upcoming season so that you can be a part of developing a productive and positive culture for your current and future teammates.
