Operation Phoenix is the girls side of Captain's Class. The Captain's Class experience is the same for both Phoenix and Maverick, but only girls are invited to Captain's Class: Operation Phoenix. 

Operation Apex is where warriors come together on a joint operation to collaborate in the leadership and mindset space. 

Operation Maverick is the boys side of Captain's Class. The Captain's Class experience is the same for both Phoenix and Maverick, but only boys are invited to Captain's Class: Operation Maverick.

Operation Apex is a joint exercise where warriors from Phoenix and Maverick collaborate on a project.

An apex is the highest point or peak. This name suggests that by working together, the participants (the combination of both Phoenix and Maverick) can achieve the greatest level of community impact and leadership excellence.
