 The Way of the Warrior Leadership Academy is a transformative Organization designed to equip student-athletes in Central Illinois with the tools and confidence they need to become exceptional leaders within their teams, schools, and communities. 

Our flagship program, Captain's Class, is a five-day, in-person course that delves deep into the core principles of leadership. Through your participation in Captain's Class, you will gain a strong foundation in the following areas: 

• Communication Skills
• Confidence Building
• Team Building
• Goal Setting
• Conflict Resolution
• Decision Making
• Leading a team
